1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by 404 Culture. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and photography.
4. PRICING
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in violation of these terms. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout, all processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 404 Culture is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
404 Culture does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We make exceptions only for items that arrive damaged or for incorrect items shipped due to our error. In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Outside of these circumstances, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product images, text, and design — is the property of 404 Culture and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
9. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system, or to engage in any conduct that could damage or harm 404 Culture or its customers.
10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to first contact 404 Culture directly to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being permanently suspended and may be referred to relevant authorities.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 404 Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. All personal data is stored and protected through Shopify's secure infrastructure.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
